Due to some feedback received after last year’s AGM from owners, the Committee of Management made the decision to set AGM date for this year and years going forward as the last Saturday in November each year. This date was chosen based on the 21-days’ notice period required, the announcement date of the final milk price by Fonterra, completion of audit and avoid clash with Christchurch’s show weekend and Ngai Tahu’s AGM 3rd week in November. Please note that The Proprietors of Rakaia Incorporation’s AGM is strictly open only to owners and accompanying whanau or owners that are still waiting for succession orders. However, only owners with completed successions are able to vote.
