For those that attended the AGM November 2024, an owner mentioned that they would like to see this year’s AGM held earlier in November. Unfortunately, due to Christchurch’s show weekend and Ngai Tahu AGM being held in the 3rd weekend of November, that only gave us the option of the 1st week in November. As explained last year, Fonterra does not announce the final milk price until late September/early October, and we cannot finalize the Annual Report and go through the Audit process in time to meet the 21 days prior required to send out the Notice of Meeting. Therefore, the Committee of Management has set the AGM date to 29 November 2025. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please note that this will also mean any approved dividends will not be paid out until early December 2025.
